SOLDIERS DESERVE TO SMILE
Military members and veterans live a life of sacrifice in order to protect our country. In an effort to show their appreciation, Pacific Northwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons is proud to announce the launch of their Smiles For Soldiers program. Many soldiers and veterans in our community suffer from missing or failing teeth and cannot afford the expensive cost of oral care. This program is open to all active duty and veteran servicemen and servicewomen in the Pacific Northwest who are in need of a fully functional new smile. If you are serving or have served in the United States military and experience difficulty eating, speaking, and smiling, this program is for you.
The Smiles For Soldiers recipient will be treated by our expert oral surgeons and receive a full set of permanent teeth using surgically inserted dental implants. Our team will work closely with trusted local partners to complete the treatment. Following the full-arch restoration procedure, the selected recipient will have a brand-new smile restoring their oral health.
Our team will accept applications from August 27 to September 27. To be considered for the Smiles For Soldiers program, please complete the form below. Be prepared to provide a detailed personal story about why you should be chosen as the recipient. The application will request a digital photo of your smile, so please have one available before you begin. We wish you the best of luck, and thank you for your service!
- Restorative Prosthodontist: Dr. John J. Petrini, Jr., DDS, MS, FACP
- Implant System: Straumann
