Pacific Northwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons Offering a Full-Arch Dental Implant Procedure to Resident in Need
AUBURN, Wash., April 26, 2016 – Local oral surgeons Drs. Rick Edwards, DDS, Carl Johnson, DDS, and Ben Johnson, DMD, of Pacific Northwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons are proud to announce the launch of their Second Chance community outreach program. The Second Chance program was created to provide a deserving member of the community with a full-arch restoration and dental implant procedure to restore their broken and/or missing teeth — an issue that not only affects oral health but overall physical, emotional and mental health as well.
“We’re excited to be able to give back to such a supportive community,” Dr. Edwards said. “Having missing or broken teeth can affect so much more than just the outside appearance, and this program can truly give someone a second chance.”
Pacific Northwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons will be partnering with local restoring dentist Dr. Cal Broadbent, DMD to perform the full arch restoration procedure. This cutting-edge treatment can be life-changing for patients who are missing teeth, are in the process of losing teeth, or have been told they will need dentures. The end result will allow the recipient to experience the look, feel and strength of natural teeth with the security of a permanent and lasting solution.
In addition to restoring oral function, a natural smile and lifted self-esteem, the Second Chance program aims to improve the recipient’s overall quality of life by addressing other specific needs of the patient, such as physical fitness, family or personal photography and career counseling. In that spirit, Pacific Northwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons would like to invite other community members to become partners in the program by contacting the office, or by visiting the donation page: https://pnwoms.com/donate/.
Individuals interested in being considered for the Second Chance program should visit Pacific Northwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons’ Second Chance program website at http://pnwoms.com/secondchance to learn more about the program and submit an online application. The application period is extended to residents of King County and the surrounding areas, and runs from April 26, 2016, through May 25, 2016.
