About Dr. Michael Baily

Dr. Michael Baily discovered his passion for oral and maxillofacial surgery after seeing how its diverse procedures blend medicine and dentistry to solve oral and facial health problems. 

After completing his residency, Dr. Baily set his eyes on the Pacific Northwest and found his home at Pacific Northwest Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, where he discovered the practice’s values aligned with his dedication to prioritizing clinical excellence and patient experience. He solidified his choice after meeting the amazing staff and feeling how their passion matched his own.

On a day-to-day basis, Dr. Baily enjoys his work because of the direct impact it has on his patients. The variety of procedures can enhance aesthetics, alleviate pain, and improve overall quality of life. By collaborating with other practitioners, he can provide the best care possible in an environment where patients feel seen, supported, and comfortable.

Education & Residency

Dr. Baily’s educational journey began at Michigan State University, where he majored in economics and communications. After graduating in 2012, he studied at Oregon Health and Science University School of Dentistry. He graduated in 2020. As of 2024, Dr. Baily successfully completed his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at The Ohio State University and is excited to practice full-time.

Certifications

Dr. Baily is eligible for board-certification.

Interests

When Dr. Baily is out of the office, he can be found exploring the great outdoors and engaging in other outdoor activities like golf, beach volleyball, backpacking, sailing, and kiteboarding. As an avid outdoors enthusiast, he loves to spend time skiing on the slopes around Seattle.
