At Pacific Northwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, we provide you with the high-quality treatment that you deserve. We accept a variety of different insurance plans and payment methods for your convenience. To make the payment process easier for you, our knowledgeable office team can help you with any questions or concerns regarding your insurance and payment information.
We will do our best to maximize your insurance reimbursement, but ultimately you, the patient, are responsible for any fees or payments that remain. Any quote information given cannot guarantee insurance coverage because benefits may change depending on maximums, claims in process, and other limitations. We will be happy to assist you in any way possible when working with your insurance company.
Definite financial arrangements are required before your treatment. Changes to your payment plan or insurance arrangements must be made at least two business days before your surgery date. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us two business days’ notice; otherwise, a cancellation fee may be applied to your account. If your surgery must be rescheduled because of failure to follow the pre-operative instructions, the cancellation fee may still apply. Your doctor will explain all instructions in your pre-surgery appointment to ensure that you are comfortable and prepared for your procedure.
We accept personal checks as well as Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express®, and Discover® cards as forms of payment. We also offer payment plan options to make our services more accessible. Our payment plan options are outlined below:
Lending Club®: You can apply for interest-free payment plans through the Lending Club’s website. If you are applying for the Lending Club, please let us know at least one full day before your surgery appointment.
CareCredit®: CareCredit offers some interest-free payment plans for healthcare costs. Certain fees and interest rates apply if the balance is not paid within the interest-free period or if a payment is missed. Please let us know at least one full day before your surgery if you have applied for CareCredit.
Any payment plans used to pay for our services must be established at least two business days before your surgery date.
